The category

RTD tea has two problems: it goes cloudy, and it goes bitter.

Tea polyphenols haze on cooling, tannins turn astringent over shelf life, and green tea in particular fades from fresh and grassy to flat and hay-like faster than most brands expect.

We build tea profiles that hold: astringency balanced rather than sweetened away, top notes chosen for stability, and clarity checked in your water and your pack.

What we supply

What we formulate for tea

01

Black tea and lemon tea

The volume core of the category, with tannin balance and citrus lift tuned for your fill process.

02

Green and jasmine tea

Fresh, grassy and floral profiles protected against the flat, hay-like drift over shelf life.

03

Fruit and herbal infusions

Caffeine-free builds on hibiscus, chamomile and fruit bases, with colour stability considered.

04

Kombucha-style and functional tea

Fermented-cue and botanical builds, including sugar-reduced and unsweetened versions.

Technical notes

What we check before a profile is signed off

01

Cold haze

Clarity checked after chilling, because polyphenol haze is the most common complaint in RTD tea.

02

Astringency balance

Tannin perception managed with modulators instead of extra sugar.

03

Top-note stability

Green and floral notes screened over full shelf life, where they fade first.

04

Colour drift

Natural colour and hibiscus builds monitored for browning under light and heat.

Common questions

Tea — asked and answered

Why does my RTD tea go cloudy?

Usually polyphenol haze forming on cooling. It is addressed through the extract choice, the flavour system and clarity testing in your actual water.

Can you make unsweetened tea taste finished?

Yes. Without sugar the balance shifts to aroma and modulation, which is a different build rather than a lighter one.

Do you offer organic tea flavours?

Yes, organic-compliant options are available for tea and other beverage applications.
